Overnight Thunderstorms Knock Out Power -- Again

Powerful thunderstorms moved through the tri-county area once again Wednesday night, leaving some people waiting for the electricity to come back on.

At around 7:30 a.m., National Grid reported 150 people without power in St. Lawrence County -- mostly in the Potsdam and Parishville areas -- and 34 in the dark in the towns of Clayton and Alexandria in Jefferson County.
Power was also out in some parts of Lewis County, but has since been restored.
The utility has been working throughout the night to restore power to the affected areas.
