What do Congressman Bill Owens and Dr. Seuss have in common? 

They both enjoy entertaining kids. 

Congressman Owens was in Watertown this week reading the Seuss book "There's a Zamp in My Lamp" to children at Benchmark Family Services.

It was a chance to promote the importance of reading.

This is very important work that they do in terms of preparing kids, getting them set to go to school," said Owens (D. - 21st District).

Owens was in Watertown on Monday.
