A Watertown woman was accused of possessing heroin following a traffic stop.

Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies say they found .12 grams of the drug in a vehicle driven by 30 year old Mary Beth Jolene after they pulled her over Tuesday in the city of Watertown.

She was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving with inadequate lights and failing to notify the Department of Motor Vehicle of a change of address.

Jolene was released to appear in Watertown city court at a later date.
