Police Look For Suspect Accused Of Passing Fake $100 Bills


State police say several counterfeit $100 bills have been passed in Jefferson County since last Friday.

The funny money was used at three different locations between April 18 and April 24.

Businesses were the bills have been used are:

- Pizza Hut in Evans Mills

- Walmart in Evans Mills

- Community Bank in West Carthage

Police released photographs of a suspect who allegedly passed a counterfeit $100 bill at the Walmart in Evans Mills.

All the $100 bills are in U.S. currency, Series 2006 A and serial # KB51021093F.
