Part of Paddock Street To Be Closed This Week

Motorists in the city of Watertown, take note: If you usually drive on Paddock Street, you're going to need to find another route.

Beginning Monday at 7:30 a.m., Paddock Street will be closed to all through traffic between Washington and Sherman streets while the city's Public Works Department repairs portions of the sewer infrastructure there.

Work is expected to last throughout the week. 

In the meantime, crews will install temporary barricades to block off the street to all but the people who live on that block.

Everyone is asked to use extreme caution whenever driving in a work zone.
