Potsdam Man Charged With Being Aggressive Toward PoliceA Potsdam man was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly was belligerent to police who responded to a domestic dispute. St. Lawrence County sheriff deputies say when they responded to the dispute on the Anderson Road in Potsdam, 35 year old Christopher DeShane acted aggressively by charging one of the officers. Police say they had to forcibly restrain DeShane, who they say struggled to keep from being arrested.\ DeShane was charged with third degree menacing and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Potsdam town court and was ordered to be held in jail on $500 bail. Most Popular |
