Protection Order Issued; Allegedly Ignored An Hour Later

A Lewis County man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly violated an order of protection that was served an hour earlier.

Sheriff's deputies say they arrested 31 year old Joseph Kittleman following a domestic dispute at a home on Rugg Road in the town of Leyden.
 
Kittleman was charged with first degree criminal contempt for violating the order and second degree harassment.
 
He was also charged with fourth degree criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a door during the dispute.
 
Twenty-seven year old Daniel Kittleman was also charged with second degree harassment as a result of the dispute.
 
Joseph Kittleman was arraigned in Lowville village court and sent to county jail on $5,000 bail.
