Random Acts Of Kindness On Local Diner's Menu

It started with a nice gesture, but then it became a full-fledged day to pay it forward.

On Saturday, a teenager was eating breakfast with his younger brother at Gram's Diner in Adams.

When they left, the teen decided to pay for the meal of the group which came in after them.

And when the staff told the next customers their bill was covered, they did the same for the next group - and so on.

This happened more than a dozen times.

"It was nice to see how long it did last. I think that was kind of the best part about it was to see how many people did it, how they continued it and they wanted to continue it," said Kyle Hayes, co-owner of Gram's Diner.

The random acts of kindness continued for about four hours until the diner closed after lunch.
