A razor blade leads to new charges for a state prison inmate.

State police say 27 year old Abdullah Quaid had a small razor blade in his possession while he was an inmate at the Watertown Correctional Facility.

He was charged with first degree promoting prison contraband and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon.
