Re-Trial Underway For Alleged Sex AbuserTestimony is underway in St. Lawrence County Court in the re-trial of a Rooseveltown man accused of sexually abusing an 8 year old girl. Aristides Rojas, 41, is charged with first degree course of sexual conduct against a child. His first trial in April 2011 ended in a mistrial. If convicted , Rojas faces up to 25 years in state prison. |
