Rescuers will search a third day for a brain cancer patient on board the volunteer medical flight that crashed in a wooded area of central New York.

Ephratah Town Supervisor Todd Bradt said more than 100 people searched for Frank Amerosa into Sunday night before stopping because of darkness.

The search resumes Monday. The Fulton County Sheriff's Department says Amerosa is presumed dead.

The daughter of 58-year-old Evelyn Amerosa said her mother was on board the twin-engine aircraft with her husband, Frank, when it crashed Friday in Ephratah, about an hour west of Albany.

The daughter of John Campbell of Stamford, Conn., says her father was the pilot.

The bodies of Campbell and Evelyn Amerosa have been recovered.
