A Buffalo, N.Y. man faces a drunk driving charge after a rollover accident in Lewis County Wednesday.

Sheriff's deputies say 72 year old Alan Carmichael lost control of his compact pickup truck and boat trailer on State Route 3 in the town of Diana.

The vehicle went off the opposite side of the road and tipped onto its side.

Carmichael wasn't seriously hurt, deputies say, but was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.

He was arraigned in Diana town court and released pending a later court appearance.
