Update: No Charges Filed In Fatal Car-Pedestrian Accident
No charges have been filed in the car-pedestrian accident that killed a Dexter man Thursday night. Jefferson County sheriff deputies say 68 year old Daniel Spencer was standing in the driving lane of Route 180 in the town of Hounsfield when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Ann Goutremout of Cicero. Police say Spencer had an unspecified medical condition. The accident happened just after 6 p.m. Portions of Route 180 were closed while the accident was investigated.
