A man listed as a Saint Lawrence County dispatcher was ticketed for driving his car after his license had been suspended because of the DWI.
According to a press release put out by a Saint Lawrence County Sheriff's department, Michael Leclair was stopped by deputies leaving the 911 complex on May 18.
Leclair was issued a ticket for the misdemeanor of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the second degree.
Deputies had received a tip that Leclair was continually driving with a suspended license. Deputies waited for Leclair to leave the 911 complex on May 18, and stopped him at 11:00 pm.
When 7News called the Saint Lawrence County dispatch, the dispatcher would not tell us whether Leclair worked there. The county's website lists a Michael Leclair as dispatcher number 17.
