Sale On Hold For Old Fort Drum Storage

The sale of a tax-delinquent warehouse in Watertown is on hold.

In October, Ruby Williams was the winning bidder for the former Fort Drum Storage on West Main Street and put down a $12,500 deposit. 

On Tuesday, Williams missed the city's deadline to pay the balance.

She forfeits her deposit and the property stays in city hands.
