School District Waits For Decision On Old Reserve Center
The Watertown City School district should know by fall if the federal government is giving it the vacant Army Reserve Center on Massey Street.
The district has been waiting for an answer for the last two years after the Pentagon declared the center surplus property.
School officials would like to use the building for adult learning, alternative education programs and a tutoring center.
