Second Man Charged In Barn Break-In

A second man has been charged in connection with a burglary at a town of Canton barn earlier this month.

St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies say 50 year old Lloyd Coffey of Lisbon allegedly took part in the theft of bottles from the Old Dekalb Road barn.

Coffey was charged with third degree burglary and petit larceny.

Facing the same charges in connection with the same incident is 33 year old Shaun Smith of Lisbon. He was arrested Wednesday.

Coffey was arraigned in Canton town court and released to the supervision of the county probation department.
