A Chaumont woman who went missing Friday was found Saturday in a Syracuse suburb in good health, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
Tamara V. Hall, 39, of 12291 State Route 12E was found in Cicero, north of Syracuse. Prior to being located, she was last seen leaving her home Friday morning. Deputies described Hall as having "physical and mental handicaps."
Her mother, Adria Magdiel Hall, 53, of Syracuse, was charged with "custodial interference" and ordered held on $2,500 bail. She's accused of taking Tamara from a Jefferson Rehabilitation Center residence in Chaumont Friday and driving her to Syracuse.
Earlier, deputies had described Adria Hall as the "non-custodial" parent of Tamara.
