St. Lawrence County Grand Jury Indicts 3 On Drug Charges


Three people nabbed in a police drug sting, who were allegedly involved in trafficking and distributing crack cocaine in Ogdensburg, have been indicted.

A St. Lawrence County grand jury named 26 year old Christina Crosby of 514 Crescent Street in an 8-count indictment stemming from an April 11 raid of her apartment.

Crosby was indicted on six counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, first-degree criminal nuisance and tampering with physical Evidence.

Also indicted 21 year old William Russell Jr. and 32 year old Deloyd "Chop" Lesane, both of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, were each indicted on three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Crosby allegedly allowed the two men to operate out of her apartment and attempted to destroy evidence as police were attempting to enter.
