St. Lawrence County Man Arrested for Stealing Car Parts, ToolsA St. Lawrence County man is behind bars, after officials say he stole more more than $1,000 in car parts and tools. Sheriff's deputies arrested 31 year-old Anthony Jock of Lisbon for allegedly stealing $1,770 in car parts and tools from Harmer's Garage in the town of Fowler during the month of August. Jock was charged with 4th degree Grand Larceny and was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Fowler Town Court at a later date. Jock is currently being held at the St. Lawrence County Jail on a felony scheme to defraud charge.
