Chef Chris Manning has an innovative way to use Thanksgiving leftovers. It's a variation of the Monte Cristo sandwich, which is a bit like stuffed French toast.
In this case, he layers turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, mashed potatoes, stuffing and gravy between two slices of bread before dipping the entire sandwich in egg and frying it in a pan.
