Taking To The Ice In Kingston, Ontario

It doesn't have to be cold and snowy to go ice skating across the border in Kingston, Ontario.
An outdoor ice rink behind City Hall is always ready.

It's a man-made ice surface that draws people of all ages and abilities.

Skating there is free.

The rink is open from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. each day.

The outdoor rink has its own Zamboni, which comes out of its shed periodically to clean the ice and leave a nice smooth surface for skaters.
