Tebbetts' Sentencing Postponed

There's a three month delay in the sentencing of a head shop owner for selling synthetic drugs.

John Tebbetts was due in federal court Monday, but his sentencing has been postponed until July 30.

Tebbetts, owner of the Tebbs chain of head shops, including one in Watertown, pleaded guilty last December.

He had been free without bail, but was put back behind bars on April 15.

That's because of his arrest in the city of Rome on April 7 for driving without a license and allegedly possessing two kinds of narcotic drugs.
