Teen Accused Of Sex With Underage GirlA Jefferson County teenager is accused of having sex with a 15-year old girl. State police say 18 year old Matthew Grove of Williamson Loop on Fort Drum is charged with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child. Police say the alleged incident happened on July 24. Grove was arraigned on the charges and ordered held in Jefferson County jail on $500 bail. Troopers say he is not a Fort Drum soldier.
