The Art Of Ice Hockey

Tools

At St. Lawrence University, there has always been a rich hockey tradition - only this time, it's not happening on the ice, but in the Brush Art gallery.

An art exhibition includes a number of hockey-themed paintings, drawings, videos and photographs by several contemporary artists.

Among the more unusual items in the collection is an inverted hockey arena and hockey sticks made from lace.

A separate hallway display features local photographs and hockey memorabilia that reflect on the impact hockey has had in the Canton community.

The "Game On" exhibition is open to the public free of charge and will continue through March 5.
