A third man has been charged in connection with a string of burglaries.

State police arrested 26 year old Ryan Clement of 196 Stone Street, Apartment 1, Watertown.

He's charged with a felony count of third-degree burglary.

Clement is accused of burglarizing the Purcell Construction site located at Summit Drive in the town of Watertown between September 8 and 10.

Batteries and numerous tools were removed from construction trailers located on the site, police said.

Clement posted bail and was released.

Police said his arrest is connected to this week's arrests of Jedadiah Romeo for burglary and Aaron Netto for possession of stolen property.
