Three Arrested In Potsdam Moose Lodge Burglary

Three people have been arrested in connection with a December burglary at the Potsdam Moose Lodge.

State police arrested 22 year old Jordan Thomas of Potsdam on charges of third-degree burglary and fifth-degree conspiracy.

She was arraigned in Potsdam Town Court and released under supervision of probation.

The same court issued arrest warrants for 27 year old Kyle Lamay and 29 year old Robert Donnelly, both of Massena.

The men were at the St. Lawrence County Jail where they were held on unrelated charges.

They were both additionally charged with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree conspiracy.

Lamay was released on his own recognizance and sent back to the jail due to the unrelated charges he was previously held on.

Donnelly was sent back to the jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond, pertaining to the present charges.

The charges stem from a December 2, 2011 burglary at the Potsdam Moose Lodge on Route 56 in the town of Potsdam.

According to police, Thomas was working as a bartender at the Moose Lodge during the latter months of 2011.

She allegedly conspired with Lamay and Donnelly to break into the building after midnight and steal more than $1,000.

Thomas and Lamay are scheduled to appear for further proceedings in the Potsdam Town Court on July 19.

Donnelly is scheduled to re-appear on June 29 for further proceedings.
