Three Charged Following ConfrontationThree people were arrested after they allegedly went to a St. Lawrence County residence last week and confronted the homeowner. Sheriff deputies say they arrested 47 year old Carl Burns of LaFargeville and 52 year old William Harris Jr. and 51 year old Peggy Harris, both of Hammond. The three are accused of going to a town of Rossie home on May 19 and confronting the owner. Burns and William Harris were charged with second degree burglary, third degree menacing and sixth degree conspiracy. Harris was also charged with petit larceny. Peggy Harris was charged with criminal trespassing and second degree harassment. They were arraigned and released to the supervision of the probation department. They will answer their charges in Rossie town court. Most Popular |
