Trimm, Accused Killer, Faces New Charges

New sexual assault charges were lodged this week against accused murderer Dustin J. Trimm of Winthrop.
Trimm is currently being held without bail on a second degree murder charge. Trimm allegedly shot and killed Jason Wing, 21, in the summer of 2010 and then buryied his body off Grantville Road in the Town of Norfolk..
On Tuesday, a St. Lawrence County grand jury has handed up a six count indictment charging Trimm with two counts of first degree criminal sexual act, two counts of first degree sexual abuse and predatory sexual assault - all felonies.

The indictment also charges Trimm with a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.

The indictment alleges Trimm - a level two sex offender - was involved in forcible sexual contact with a 13 year old victim and an 18 year old victim in 2010 and 2011.

Trimm is also facing a separate indictment handed up last August alleging he offered a 16 year old boy $50 to perform oral sex in May 2012, while he was free on $250,000 bail.

His murder trial is set to start in May.
