Update: Troopers Identify Fatal Accident VictimState police have identified the man killed in a vehicle/pedestrian accident in St. Lawrence County Wednesday evening. Troopers say 76-year old Philip Gladle of Heuvelton was apparently walking in the driving lane of Route 37 in the town of Oswegatchie when he was struck and killed by a pickup truck driven by 58 year old James McDonald of Ogdensburg. Investigators don't know at this time if Gladle was trying to cross the highway when he was struck. Their investigation is continuing. Most Popular |
