Fans React to Possible Wizards Sale and the Game Goes OnThe Watertown Wizards defeated Coopertsown in the first game of a doubleheader 5-2 at the Duffy Fairgrounds Tuesday night. The attention quickly turned to off the field as Wizards owner Paul Simmons announced he will put the team up for sale after the season. Many fans in attendance were shocked and wondering what the future held for the Watertown franchise. The Wizards lost the second game of the double header 2-1 and will be home Wednesday night against Newark in the season finale at the Fairgounds.
