Union Approves Deal With Samaritan

After heading back to the bargaining table with Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, 230 licensed practical nurses and technicians have approved a new contract, but by a slim margin.
 
A representative with the Service Employees International Union Local 1199 tells 7 News the new three-year deal increases wages, but also includes higher health care costs for workers.
