Watch: Privateers Lose, No Thousandth Yet

The Thousand Islands Privateers hoped to come back Friday night from the 2-0 shutout Thursday delivered by Danville's Dashers.

Instead, the Dashers made it two in a row, winning 6-5.

Also, Clifton-Fine's varsity girls basketball standout Hunter Hitchman got closer to her thousandth point Friday night in front of a home court crowd with 11 points, but she needed 23. Harrisville went on to beat Clifton-Fine 46-39.

Hunter gets another chance Saturday as Clifton-Fine meets General Brown.
