Watertown Appoints First Female Judge

The city of Watertown has its first ever female judge.

Local attorney Cathy Palermo was appointed by a vote of the city council to take over the part-time city court judgeship previously held by Eugene Renzi.

Renzi won the full-time job in the November election.

Palermo was the choice of Mayor Jeff Graham for the six-year post.
