Watertown Council Makes Progress On Law Restricting Dogs At EventsWatertown's city council spent time at their meeting Monday night drafting a law to keep dogs off city-owned property and away from large public events. City leaders took no action, but worked on the language of the law. It was proposed after 2 year old Indigo Mullin was injured by an American bulldog at last summer's farmers market. The law would restrict dogs from being on city-owned property, including public pools and playgrounds, and at certain city events. A vote on the measure has not been scheduled. Most Popular |
