Judges across the state have issued temporary restraining orders against a Watertown head to block it from selling "designer drugs" - that's according to state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.
Trip on the Wild Side II on Mill Street is among 11 head shops across New York which have been ordered to removing synthetic drugs from their shelves.
The orders come one day after the Attorney General filed lawsuits against 16 head shops statewide for violating New York's labeling laws.
Kenneth Hamm, owner of Trip on the Wild Side II, told 7 News on Tuesday that he has done nothing wrong.
"Everything at my store is 100 percent organic and legal," he said.
