Watertown Man Charged With Possessing Child PornographyA Watertown man who was arrested in July for allegedly having sexual encounters with a 14 year old boy he met through Craigslist is in trouble with the law again. Watertown city police have arrested 31 year old Joshua Lifton of Winslow Street on child pornography charges. He's charged with counts of possessing and promoting obscene sexual performance by a child. Police say he allegedly obtained and shared videos of children involved in sexual activity. Last summer, Lifton allegedly met a 14 year old boy through Craiglist and had sexual encounters with him in the Philadelphia area. Police say Lifton's recent activities were discovered by a state police task force, which turned to case over to city police. He was arraigned in city court and released on his own recognizance.
