Watertown School Officials Approve Apartment Complex Tax DealThe Watertown City School District signed off on a tax deal Tuesday night designed to bring more housing to the area. Developer COR will be building the new Beaver Meadow Apartments near the Target plaza on outer Arsenal Street. As part of the tax deal, COR will pay the district about $1 million over 10years.
