Watertown Wants To End Concession Flip-Flop

Tools

Watertown's city council is hoping to put an end to the flip-flopping on alcohol and food sales at the fairgrounds arena.

The city changed an agreement that specified who sold liquor and who sold food to try to please the state liquor authority, but the liquor authority changed its mind.

The city council will look to put the Savory Downtown restaurant in charge of alcohol and the city in charge of food.

That's essentially the way business was done before the state decided to get involved.
