State police say two teens from Black River used a stolen iPad, unfortunately for them.

Adam Aviste, 18, and Brooke Craig, 17, are facing charges that include petit larceny, charges which result from a series of thefts from unlocked cars in the Town of Lyme over the last 10 days.

Troopers said one of the things stolen was an iPad, which the teens then used to take pictures. The iPad apparently uploaded the pictures to the owner's "cloud," who turned the pictures over to troopers.

Police said the two may have also targeted cars in Calcium and Evans Mills, and may face additional charges.
