Woman Accused Of Stealing Lottery Payouts

A Massena woman is accused of stealing between $200 and $300 in New York State Lottery payouts from Kinney Drugs.
 
Village police charged 42 year old Lisa Lashomb of 225 North Main Street with petit larceny.

Police say Lashomb was taking money from the store's cash register in fraudulent payouts on lottery tickets that were not winners.

Store officials were alerted to the scheme when they found money missing.
