Woman Allegedly Threw Knife, Scissors At HusbandA Calcium woman is facing charges following a domestic dispute in which she allegedly threw a knife and a pair of scissors at her husband. State police say 26 year old Candisa Cater's husband was struck by the objects, but suffered only minor arm and torso injuries. Police say he did not require medical attention. Police say Cater and her husband were arguing about financial issues. Their James Street residence suffered a great deal of property damage, police say. Cater is charged with two counts of second degree menacing and two counts of second degree attempted assault. She was arraigned in LeRay town court and committed to Jefferson County jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. |
