Woman Charged After Allegedly Serving Alcohol To TeenagerA Sackets Harbor woman was charged after she allegedly served alcohol to her underage neighbor. Jefferson County sheriff's deputies say 24 year old Connie Speach allegedly served alcohol to a 15 year old boy at her Dodge Avenue home. Police say the boy's mother discovered her son was intoxicated and that he'd been drinking in Speach's house. Speach was charged with first degree unlawfully dealing with a child.
