Woman Charged With Assault Following FightA Carthage woman has been charged following an alleged fight she had with another woman. Lewis County sheriff's deputies say 29 year old Michelle Dingman allegedly hit 28 year old Cindy Miller of Croghan about a dozen times, causing bleeding from cuts to Miller's face. Deputies say the incident happened at Miller's home on State Route 812. Dingman was charged with third degree assault. She was ticketed and is scheduled to appear in Croghan town court at a later date. |
