Woman Accused Of Harassment Using Someone Else's Facebook AccountA Russell woman faces charges after she allegedly sent unwanted messages to someone using a third person's Facebook account. St. Lawrence County sheriff deputies say 20 year old Bridget Hatch was charged with second degree harassment, fourth degree stalking, and second degree criminal impersonation.
