A 31 year old Clayton woman, who has been in trouble with the law repeatedly, was sentenced in Jefferson County Court on Friday.

Andrea Lynch was sentenced to between one-and-a-third to four years on charges of grand larceny and violating probation.

She will serve her sentence at the Willard Drug Treatment Center.

Lynch stole $3,000 which belonged to her husband.

Lynch has been in the news a lot lately.

On Tuesday, she was arrested for allegedly burglarizing homes and seasonal camps in Lewis, Herkimer and Hamilton counties.

In November 2012, she was sentenced to nine months in prison after pleading guilty to embezzling over $50,000 from the Post Office to feed her drug habit.
