Women Charged With Marijuana TraffickingTwo Ogdensburg women are in St. Lawrence County jail for allegedly trafficking in marijuana. Sheriff deputies say 27 year old Jennifer Ross and 25 year old Kacie Whitney were arrested after an investigation revealed marijuana was being transported from Ogdensburg to Canton, where it was sold. Police say they recovered $2,300 in cash and three ounces of marijuana. Ross and Whitney were each charged with third degree criminal sale of marijuana, arraigned in Pierrepont town court and committed to county jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. |
