Work Begins Monday On Route 177 Bridge

The New York State Department of Transportation is beginning work on the Route 177 bridge in the town of Rodman on Monday.

Traffic on the bridge will be reduced to one lane and will be controlled by temporary signals.

The work, which is expected to be completed later this fall, was funded through the NY Works program, which focuses on improving the condition of bridges to extend their service life.
