Primary school-aged children across the north country were subject to Common Core testing last week, but not all of them took the test because their parents decided to opt them out:
Opting out is not a bad thing to instill in a child as long as they understand that it is only right when something is grossly wrong.
It's a ridiculous law, especially when Cuomo is pushing for towns and counties to share services in order to save money.
So very sad. Hope he will come out of it ok.
With how poorly some of our veterans are getting treated in this country, this kind act fills me with a lot of hope.
