The tractor trailer driver who caused last year's accident in Antwerp which left six people dead is charged with a misdemeanor reckless driving count and three traffic infractions:


This is like a slap in the face to all of the victims' families. Justice is certainly not served here.

There is nothing wrong with our justice system. A grand jury of his peers made the decision. It all depends on the evidence and who would plead guilty to anything.  No one.

I lost my mom, sister-in-law, two nieces, and a student at my school.  The public outrage needs to find its way to the right people.  Our laws and the interpretations of them need to be redefined. Until there is a change, the court's hands will always be tied.
